We know that it can be hard to find the time for your wellbeing, which is why we keep our classes bite-sized to make it easier to fit into busy schedules. Many of our lessons are 10 minutes or less with longer classes for when you've got more 'me time.'

Hygge (pronounced hyoo-guh) is all about creating a balanced lifestyle where you are taking care of your body and mind, creating time for yourself (not just for work or family), and finding moments of stillness in the chaos of everyday life. 

It’s the ultimate way to get cosy and content this autumn, and we’ll be sharing lessons and challenges to help you live a more Hygge life throughout November. We’ll also be giving out prizes to those who share their new Hygge way of life with us!
