I don't have the time to look after me!

We get it, we really do! Trying to juggle work, home, responsibilities, having a social life… It’s exhausting! Nevermind trying to fit wellbeing into your daily life as well.

At The Anti-Burnout Club, we understand that time is a big barrier to wellbeing and we’ll never tell you to get up at 5am to go the gym and drink green smoothies. We promote short, bite-sized content that helps you fit wellbeing into your busy life.

Many of our members work in stressful jobs or have a lot going on at home, so we ensure our content is always tailored to fit into those hectic schedules.

I feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start!

Self-care overwhelm is real! There are so many different options out there and finding what you love can be difficult. At The Anti-Burnout Club, our aim is to help you feel less overwhelmed (not more).

We want to help you personalise your wellbeing journey so you can find what you love and do more of it. From our personal plans to our supportive community and ongoing support from the team, you’ll start to feel more empowered and less overwhelmed.

I can't afford to look after my wellbeing

It’s really important that we make self-care accessible and affordable for all. Our monthly subscription is £9.99 and designed to replace an average of 7-8 other apps and services you may already be paying for.

We also offer subsidised memberships for anyone who wants to access The Anti-Burnout Club but can’t afford the full monthly membership. There is a waiting list for subsidised memberships (current wait time around 1-2 months) and you can join the waitlist here.
