Holistic Approach

Instead of having separate subscriptions for the gym, nutrition, mindfulness and mediation, wouldn't you prefer a place where all the experts you will ever need are there to support you? We have brought together experts across different disciplines to provide members with science-backed lessons, practices, tools and tips on how to manage both their mental and their physical health in one wellness hub.

Anti-Hustle

Hustle culture has taken over our way of life in work, family, relationships and our mental/ physical health. In a culture where busyness and exhaustion are markers of success and burnout is a badge of honour, we want to call time on ‘Hustle Culture’ and show you that there is another way. You don’t have to reach burnout to be successful, worthy or good enough. We offer a compassionate and intuitive approach that focuses on helping you reach your goals and aspirations in a way that feels good!

Bringing back Community

A sense of belonging is one of the most important ingredients to living a happier life. Our community is at the heart of The Anti-Burnout Club, it offers our members a space to feel supported, to know they're not alone, motivating each other, and making new friends. We have seen some incredible friendships and bonds being made through our private Facebook group and MightyNetworks app - and the support everyone gives each other is truly beautiful.

Challenges

Every quarter we focus on a new themed challenge, from general wellness through to self-love. Our 31 Days of Wellness Challenge launched on January 1st 2021 and was a huge hit with over 1,000 members taking part. You can take this challenge for free at any time here. These challenges help us work towards a common goal, support and encourage each other, and keep us focused on our health and well-being.
