Provide your team with the tools and techniques they need to reduce stress and improve their wellbeing. Based on our extremely popular Five Foundations of Wellness framework, our Away Days will have a lasting impact long after the day is over.

Example Schedule of our Away Days

9.30am – Welcome, tea, coffee and pastries

10am – Five Foundations of Wellness Workshop covering our framework for less stress and better wellbeing. Includes time for questions, reflection and open conversation.

12pm – Break for lunch and Foundation 1: Nutrition lesson (mindful/intuitive eating)

1.15pmFoundation 2: Gentle movement class (eg, yoga)

2pmFoundation 3: Meditation or Breath Work class

2.30pmFoundation 4: Time to talk session to improve mental wellbeing and team connection

3.30pmFoundation 5: Set your wellbeing goals and create your own schedule to take forward

4.30pm – Wrap up

What's included with our Away Day packages

We want to ensure we keep costs manageable so our packages include everything you need for a successful Away Day other than the venue costs. It’s important to us that your team continues their wellbeing journey beyond just this day, which is why we also include many extra benefits too:

    Includes up to 20 people following the example schedule

  • Price per person From £40

    Extra people are priced from £40 per person
