  • Prices depend on the size of the organisation and the level of support needed
  • Blocks available from just 15 hours up to 250 hours (equivalent to 20+ hours per month)
  • Hours can be used over a 12-month period as and when you need them
  • Top-up whenever you need more hours at any time

Our workplace wellbeing consultancy pricing depends on what it is you need. Our prices start from an affordable £25 per hour for 250 hours (20+ hours per month) and we can tailor packages to suit the level of support your organisation requires.

Hours can be used however you like over the 12-month period as we understand that some months you’ll need more support than others. Below are some examples of what you may like to use your hours for:

About Bex Spiller

Bex Spiller has over 10 years experience managing international teams, both in-house and remote.

It was her business accolade that led to a scholarship offer from Warwick Business School, where she specialised in Economics of Wellbeing, Organisational Behaviour, and Leadership at Post-Graduate level.

Her expert comments on workplace wellbeing have featured in Metro, WorkLife, i News, The Evening Standard and on Sky News. She also gave her very first TEDx talk on resilience back in February 2022.

Bex is passionate about improving the future of work, which led to her being nominated as a fellow of The RSA in 2022.
