May Offers and Competitions from Our Sponsors

This month we’re doing things a little bit differently because we have official SPONSORS for the challenge! This means that some small businesses (that I personally love) have contributed funds, discounts and even competition prizes to ensure you have the best challenge ever.
Now, I need to ask you a big favour. So that we can give these businesses the thank you they deserve, I’d love for you to take a minute to follow them on social media, browse their website and perhaps even buy something from them if you want to (no pressure).
So, in alphabetical order, let’s say a huge thank you to:
Foss & Bjørn – Sensory jewellery
I am OBSESSED by what Sissel has created at Foss & Bjørn. Her Scandinavian-inspired sensory jewellery is designed to help reduce anxiety and can improve focus, by giving you something to do with your hands. I have a necklace inspired by the gorgeous and tranquil Isesjø lake in Sarpsborg, Norway – and we’ll also be giving one of these away this month too!
If you feel a bit too grown up for a fidget spinner (no shade, I love anything like that) then I feel like this is the perfect, stylish accessory to replace it. Oh and Sissel is just a gorgeous human and we love supporting gorgeous humans, right?!

Freddie’s Flowers – Flower Subscription (and a MASSIVE discount)
Anyone who has been watching my videos/doing my classes for a while will know I LOVE a bunch of flowers in the background. 9 times out of 10, these are from Freddie’s as I enjoy the mindful activity of actually arranging them myself. I also really like that they’re purpose-led and Freddie started this whole thing by driving a milk cart around delivering flowers!
When I reached out to Freddie’s Flowers, they offered all of our members a really generous discount of 50% your first box AND a free vase AND free delivery (making the total just £13). You can’t even buy a nice vase for that nowadays, so this is a super lovely offer from them because they want to support what we do.
Just a quick note, it is a subscription, but it’s easy to skip/pause or cancel if you don’t want boxes delivered regularly. You do get 10% off your next 4 boxes if you’d like to stay with them.

Wild and Free Nature Crafts – Women’s Wellbeing Events
Last, but my goodness no means least, is Alex from Wild and Free Nature Crafts (and parties). Connecting with nature is one of THE best stress relievers and which is why I feel so lucky to live surrounded by the countryside. Just down the road from me, in Cranbrook, is a little gem tucked away in the woods.
It’s here that Alex runs her Women’s Wellbeing events, designed to bring more connection, community and balance (you can see what I’m in love, right?) Oh and did I mention she also does this on a pay as you can basis to support those who might not be able to afford traditional wellbeing. She is a woman after my own heart, honestly.
Please give Alex some support on Instagram
And if you fancy a trip to Cranbrook, here are the next events (I’m hopefully going to make most of them this year)
Thank you so much to all of the sponsors for contributing to keeping this challenge free for you all. As I mentioned, please do give them lots of love for being the best humans!
