At The Anti-Burnout Club, we’ve worked with organisations like the NHS, Women’s Aid, Macmillan and dozens of startups and SMEs to help reduce stress, improve morale, and build healthier team cultures. This offer is open to workplaces who want to take their employee wellbeing seriously, but might not have the time or clarity to know where to start.

You’ll be directed to choose a time for a short chat with Bex to go over your info and make sure the survey is built just right for your team. - We build your custom survey (around 1-2 weeks)
Based on your goals, priorities, and team setup, we’ll create a branded wellbeing survey and send it to you to circulate. - Your team completes the survey
It typically takes under 10 minutes to complete. We’ll leave it open for 1–2 weeks (depending on what suits you). - We analyse the results (around 1-2 weeks)
Once the survey closes, we’ll present your insights in a clear, visual way — including highlights, trends, and anonymised feedback. - You get practical, actionable takeaways
