Yin Yoga is therapeutic for the joints and helps with flexibility and mobility. It balances the nervous system as you rest in longer-held postures. It allows space to quiet the mind and heal. This ancient fast breathing meditation technique "Ananda Mandala", will cleanse, clear & release mental, physical, emotional blocks from the body and create space for inner peace, clarity, to pave a new way of seeing and living.
