Yin Yoga & Ancient Breathing Kundalini Meditation “Ananda Mandala” - 16th August 7pm

Yin Yoga is therapeutic for the joints and helps with flexibility and mobility. It balances the nervous system as you rest in longer-held postures. It allows space to quiet the mind and heal. This ancient fast breathing meditation technique "Ananda Mandala", will cleanse, clear & release mental, physical, emotional blocks from the body and create space for inner peace, clarity, to pave a new way of seeing and living.

Rest & Recharge with Charlie - 18th August 7pm

Join Charlie Moult for a very special evening diving into breath work to reset your body and mind. Change how you think and feel and experience deep levels of renewed energy, restoration and relaxation. You will be guided through an experiential 90 minutes including breath work, meditation, journalling, intention setting and connection. Anyone is welcome- no prior experience needed.
Includes a 30 minute individual follow up/breath work analysis.

Journey with Breath work coach Charlie Moult as she takes you through a transformative experience of breath work, release work, heart space meditation and deep inquiry.

Expect to leave feeling challenged, yet rested, clear, connected and expansive. Leave with tools and a take home work book and breath work meditation video to continue your practice.
