At The Anti-Burnout Club our aim is to make self-care accessible for all, and we want to make this even easier for NHS and healthcare workers.
We understand that working in healthcare hasn’t been the easiest over the last few years. It can be both rewarding and overwhelming, whether you’re a doctor, nurse or porter.

We have used all of our experience in workplace wellbeing and working with NHS trusts to create this free in-depth resource.
It’s packed with step-by-step tips to measure and improve wellbeing, including printable questionnaires, Wellness Action Plans and more.

One of the main issues that came up during our Workplace Wellbeing Survey was that teams wanted to feel connected once more. Connectedness is key for motivation and workplace wellbeing, but how can we help facilitate those connections?
Workshops and Away Days
When we asked employees what they really wanted to see from their employers, workshops and away days were high on the list (see the survey here).
Workshops provide your team with the knowledge and autonomy to take care of their own wellbeing, while away days help bring the team together and foster connection.
We offer a range of talks and workshops for workplaces on topics such as burnout and resilience, and we can also put something bespoke together for your team too.
We have run workshops for 100s of individuals and teams, including NHS trusts and charities such as Macmillan. Bex has also spoken at Kent Wellness Festival, The Big Retreat Festival, and TEDx Warwick.
