At The Anti-Burnout Club our aim is to make self-care accessible for all, and we want to make this even easier for workers and volunteers at charities.

We already have plenty of members who work or volunteer for charities and now we want to do our bit to say thank you for all of the incredible work you do.
We offer free resources, discounted talks and workshops plus heavily subsidised memberships for charity workers and volunteers.

Workplace Wellbeing: The 3 Ingredients to Happily Motivated Employees – Fri, 16 September 2022 13:00 – 14:30 BST
How can we make employees feel happily motivated at work?
Long gone are the days of the ‘carrot and stick’ method of motivating employees. The next event in our workplace wellbeing series looks at how we can make employees feel motivated, happier, and improve their wellbeing all at once.
Workplace Wellbeing: Helping Your Team Feel Connected – Tue, 11 October 2022 13:00 – 14:00 BST
How can we help employees feel more connected?
One of the main issues that came up during our Workplace Wellbeing Survey was that teams wanted to feel connected once more. Connectedness is key for motivation and workplace wellbeing, but how can we help facilitate those connections?
Workshops and Away Days
When we asked employees what they really wanted to see from their employers, workshops and away days were high on the list (see the survey here).
Workshops provide your team with the knowledge and autonomy to take care of their own wellbeing, while away days help bring the team together and foster connection.
We offer a range of talks and workshops for workplaces on topics such as burnout and resilience, and we can also put something bespoke together for your team too.
We have run workshops for 100s of individuals and teams, including NHS trusts and charities such as Macmillan. Bex has also spoken at Kent Wellness Festival, The Big Retreat Festival, and TEDx Warwick.
You can find out more about our talks and workshops here.
