The Anti-Burnout Club for Charities
At The Anti-Burnout Club our aim is to make self-care accessible for all, and we want to make this even easier for workers and volunteers at charities.
We understand that working or volunteering for a charity is both extremely rewarding and a lot of hard work. It can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, even when you’re working for a cause you feel so passionately about.
We already have plenty of members who work or volunteer for charities and now we want to do our bit to say thank you for all of the incredible work you do.
We offer free resources, talks and workshops plus heavily subsidised memberships for charity workers and volunteers. Read on to see what we can do for you.
Free Workplace Wellbeing Pack for Charities
We have used all of our experience in workplace wellbeing and working with charity workers and volunteers to create this free in-depth resource.
It’s packed with step-by-step tips to measure and improve wellbeing of those in the charity sector, including printable questionnaires, Wellness Action Plans and more.

We run longer talks and workshops on a donation-only (pay what you want) basis for both individuals and teams. These are our upcoming events we recommend for those working in the charity sector. Build Your Resilience Workshops
Building resilience can help reduce our chances of experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue (vicarious trauma).
It’s a vital skill to help us thrive, especially when working in high stress or caregiving environments.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll go through what resilience actually is, the benefits of learning this skill, and how to measure your own.
We will then cover several actionable steps that you can take away to help build resilience which will include a workbook to fill in after the event.
