This summer we’re challenging the mindset of “I need to lose weight or look a certain way as the world opens up again” with our Summer of Self-Confidence. We want those that take part in our six-week programme to feel free of the beauty and weight loss industries by empowering them to feel worthy just the way they are.
We will have a whole range of lessons from guest teachers in the self-love, self-confidence, empowerment and body positivity space, alongside lessons from our regular teachers. We’ll be asking the experts to share their advice on how we can fall in love with ourselves this summer and rid ourselves of the mindset that we need to look a certain way or see a certain number on the scales to feel good.
What to Expect:
30 lessons on improving self-confidence from our regular teachers and expert guests including therapists, body positivity activists and confidence coaches. See our regular teachers below and keep your eyes peeled for guest speaker announcements!
At least three weekly live classes and Q&As from our teachers in yoga, Pilates, meditation, breath work and more. We truly believe in an all-encompassing approach to well-being and these weekly Live classes are designed to complement your learnings.
For those who want it, the private Facebook community is also the perfect place to get support and know that you’re not alone in all of this. Some incredible friendships have been formed through our groups since we started!
All challenges and Live classes will be sent to you via email each day, with a round-up of everything at the end of the six weeks meaning you can do this in your own time when it feels right for you. Access to this course and all of the lessons/Live classes is for life!

What is a challenge-only member? Is this a subscription?
A challenge-only member is a member who joins specifically for that month’s challenge. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments - just a one-off payment for lifetime access to that challenge.
What’s a monthly or yearly member?
This is a subscription service priced at £9.99 a month of £77 for the year. Monthly and yearly members get access to all challenges included for as long as they are members and access to our online platform with dozens of other pre-recorded lessons from our teachers. Why are your challenges/courses so cheap?
One of our main aims at The Anti-Burnout Club is to ensure that we are as accessible for as many as possible. It’s why we’re working on becoming a recognised Social Enterprise too! We don’t think that people should be priced out of looking after their well-being.
I can’t make the Live lessons, can I watch them back?
We have tried to cater for as many people as possible with the times of our Live lessons, but know that they simply won’t work for everyone. All Live lessons can be watched back at any time so you never have to miss out!
I can’t take the course over the six weeks you’ve said, can I take it another time?
Of course! You get lifetime access to this course with a round-up at the end, so that you can go back through the lessons at a time that suits you.
